The fear of flooding during the rainy seasons can be contained if every household be responsible for every drop of water in their environment.
An Urban and regional planner, Chief Bartho Ekwuero made this known while speaking to newsmen in a chat.
The expert raised an alarm that the Rivers in the Nigerian Savannah is not clean due to carelessness.
He offered solutions as to what should be done.
Ekweruo is confident that more landscape engineers will be produced as presently they are 100 but needs about 2500 to serve as different level, he also said they need more trainings abroad while calling on more tertiary institutions to take up the course for capacity development.
