The Boston Celtics scored nine three-pointers in the final quarter to come from a 12-point deficit and beat the Golden State Warriors 120-108 in Game One of the National Basketball Association (NBA) Finals.
Stephan Curry scored a game-high 34 points for the Golden State Warriors, who led 92-80 and had not lost in their nine previous home games in this season’s play-offs.
However, Jaylen Brown scored 10 points in the final quarter to hand the Boston Celtics the win.
The Game Two of the best-of-seven series will be played on Sunday, June 5, in San Francisco.
