UEFA’s Technical Observer panel selects 2021-22 UEFA Champions League Team.

UEFA’s Technical Observer panel has selected its 2021-22 UEFA Champions League Team of the Season, with players from Real Madrid, Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain all represented.

However, superstars Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are missing from the team.

The team was selected by UEFA’s Technical Observer panel based on performances in the 2021-22 UEFA Champions League, according to a statement on the football-governing body’s website.

The list has Goalkeeper Thiabult Courtois (Real Madrid). On the Defenders line are; Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Antonio Rüdiger (Chelsea), Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool) and Andy Robertson (Liverpool).

The Midfielders includes; Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City) Fabinho (Liverpool) Luka Modrić (Real Madrid)

The Forwards list includes; Kylian Mbappé (Paris Saint-Germain) , Karim Benzema (Real Madrid) and Vinícius Júnior (Real Madrid).
