A technology entrepreneur and a former member of the All Progressives’ Congress (APC), Adamu Garba, has criticised the APC for fixing its presidential nomination and expression of interest forms at 100 million naira.
The presidential aspirant under the Young Progressives Congress (YPP) said this on Thursday during an interview on national television.
Garba, who was one of the vocal members of the ruling party, especially on social media, said that with the price for the forms, the APC has succeeded in pursuing young people from politics.
It would be recalled that the APC had put its presidential nomination and expression of interest forms on sale for 100 million naira, while the opposition Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) announced that its forms would be sold at 40 million naira.
