All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential aspirant, Rotimi Amaechi officially resigns as Minister of Transportation.

An All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential aspirant, Rotimi Amaechi has officially resigned as the Minister of Transportation.

Amaechi said he resigned from Buhari’s cabinet to focus on his Presidential ambition which was contained in a statement by the Amaechi Presidential Media Committee, signed by Kingsley Wali.

Meanwhile, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva, has withdrawn from the presidential race in the All Progressives Congress (APC) and has returned to work.

Reports from the ministry in Abuja, notes Mr Sylva withdrew having considered the enormous work at hand at the ministry.

Senior adviser, media and communications to the minister,Horatius Egua, when contacted, confirmed to newsmen that the minister was back to work.
