I am not worried over recent court decision says Dave Umahi

Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi, says he is not worried over a recent court decision that sacked his administration.

The governor said this, while speaking to State House correspondents, after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

It would be recalled that a Federal High Court in Abuja, on Monday, struck out the motion filed by Governor Umahi, seeking a stay of execution of the March 8 judgment.

Justice Inyang Ekwo struck out the motion after Chukwuma Ma-Chukwu Ume, SAN, who is counsel for Umahi and his deputy, Kelechi Igwe, prayed the court for the withdrawal of the motion.
