International Water Day: Stakeholders discuss ways of easy access.

The International Water Day which started in 1992 after the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro Brazil saw the need for the day and as result of the marking of such day, the importance of clean and access to water remains paramount.
