The Honourable Commissioner, National Population Commission, NPC, Dr. Abdulmalik Durunguwa, has condemned the wanton destruction of lives and properties in Agban, Mararaban Kagoro and Tsonje community in Kagoro Chiefdom, Kaura Local government Area of Kaduna State.
Dr. Durunguwa, who is also an All Progressives Congress (APC) Gubernatorial aspirant in Kaduna State, described the incident as inhuman, satanic, sad, devilish and morally unacceptable and should not be condoned.
While speaking to newsmen, on Tuesday, Dr. Durunguwa extended his heartfelt condolences to the Chairman of Kaura Local Government Area, Honourable Mathias Siman, the families of the victims, the people of Kaura and Kaduna State Government over the incident.
The NPC Honourable Commissioner also prayed for the repose of the souls of the departed faithfuls.
He urged citizens of the State and residents of the area to be watchful and always be on alert to report any suspicious movement to security agents within and around their environment.
