Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, Kaduna State Command assures more efforts till zero level of insecurity.

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, Kaduna State Command has assured that it will not relent in its efforts until there is a zero level of insecurity in the State.
The State Commandant, Dr Godwin Emiebi, disclosed this in Kaduna, on the occasion of the celebration of International Civil Defense Organization Day, marked March first yearly.
He appealed to members of the public to see the corps as partners in progress, while enumerating the functions of the body
The NSCDC was first introduced in May 1967during the Nigeria civil war within the then Federal Capital Territory of Lagos for the purpose of sensitization and protection. It was then known as Lagos Civil Defense Committee.
