In furtherance of his bid to assemble a crack team of seasoned politicians ahead of the 2022 PDP governorship primary elections in the state, a gubernatorial aspirant Rt. Hon. Isa Mohammed Ashiru, has announced the appointment of Hon. Godfrey Ali Gaiya and Hon. Alex Guruza as Deputy Director General and Director respectively, of the Stakeholder Relations of his Governorship Campaign Consultative Committee.
This was made known by his director of Media Relations Edward John Auta and obtained by Invicta News where six (6) deputy directors for the various directorates of the campaign, among other state and zonal appointments was also made.
They are Dep. Director, Organising, Hon. John Bezard, Dep. Director Youths, Hon. A. A. Yaron Kirki, Dep. Director Women Affairs, Hon. Hadiza Mohammed Gyallesu, Dep. Director Contact and Mobilization, Umar Farouk Jakada, Dep. Director Research & Planning, Dr. Alex Manna, Dep. Director Special Duties, Hon. Labari Tela (Accro) and Directorate of Contact and Mobilization, Hon. Ben Bako – Secretary,
The statement also noted that a two-term member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Gaiya, and all the other appointees are coming into the team with the right blend of experience and pedigree needed to steer Hon. Isa Ashiru to victory.
It would be recalled that Hon. Ashiru had earlier in the week announced the appointment of Hon. Abdulkadir Jibrin, Wazirin Birnin Gwari, Hon. Bashir Sakadadi, Hon. Allahmagani Yohanna, and Hon. Maria Dogo, as Chairman, Director General, Campaign Secretary, and Director Women Affairs respectively; and Alh. Salisu Maimasara, Alh. Sani Dogara, and Hon. Edward Masha, as Coordinators for zone 1, 2 and 3 in the state
