Tottenham manager, Antonio Conte believes his squad was weakened in the January transfer window despite the club signing two players.

According to reports, Spurs brought in Juventus pair, Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur on deadline day but Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso left on loan.

Dele Alli also joined Everton on a free transfer while Bryan Gil moved to Valencia.

Conte took charge of Tottenham 2 November and oversaw a nine-game unbeaten run in the Premier League.

However, their form has faltered in recent weeks and three consecutive league defeats has seen Spurs drop to eighth, seven points off the Champions League spots with three games in hand on fourth-placed Manchester United.
