Public Affairs Analyst expresses worry over 4 day work Policy in Kaduna.

The 4 working days’ policy implemented in the public sector by the Kaduna state Governor Mallam Nassir El-Rufai, has been described as a setback in enhancing productivity.
Speaking on Invicta FM Political flagship Programme Perspectives a convener of research Nigeria Mr. Lawrence Obewe outlined some steps that needs to have been put in place before the implementation.
Obewe agreed that the covid19 pandemic has altered global affairs; the situation could have been managed and balanced as a new idea in the State.
Some callers on the programme shared their thoughts on the 4 working days’ policy.
He suggested that schools should have been excluded because the pandemic has affected the educational sector in which children are still left behind.
