The presidency says that President Muhammadu Buhari will not hinder the implementation of the 2022 budget despite the numerous changes made by the National Assembly.
Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari, Mallam Garba Shehu, said this on Sunday while speaking to newsmen.
Mallam Shehu also dismissed reports of a crisis between the President and the federal lawmakers.
It would be recalled that on Friday, 31st December, 2021, President Buhari signed the budget into law and expressed doubts on what he described as worrisome changes made by the National Assembly to the 2022 Executive Budget proposal.
