The Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, says it is normal for presidential aides to be ill with COVID-19.

The Special Adviser stated this, on Sunday, when he appeared on National Television.

According to him, presidential aides are human and not immune to diseases and viruses.

It would be recalled that on Saturday, December 25, the media reported that some presidential aides had tested positive to COVID-19.

However, his statement was the first confirmation that the State House has been hit by the new wave of the virus.
