GM Green Seeds Limited confident more youths will embrace Agriculture.

The General Manager of Da – all Green Seeds Limited Yakubu Atar believes that more youths will be drawn into the agriculture with time as more new innovations are brought in.
He was speaking to Invicta News on the side lines of 4 new local varieties of rice in the Company’s office.
Atar recognises the challenges been faced but is optimistic that the inroads made in the sector will be a pull.
The Administrative Head highlights one of such attractions for young people is the fact that the improved rice seeds launched were done in Nigeria and by Nigerians.
He also spoke about his expectations with the conclusion of the Field Day for Rice stakeholders.
According to Atar, the filed day will continue on a yearly basis with the change of focus likely to be the crop.
