Nigeria can only be in tune with the 21st Century challenges, find solutions to cessation agitations and other emerging crises, when it sees the need for mentoring, leadership development of the young and upcoming ones to equip them with leadership skills.
The School Administrator, Danbo lnternational Schools, Kaduna, lnnocent Agofure, stated this at a Leadership Development Training Programme organized for graduating students of the school.
Some of the graduating students spoke about the benefits of the leadership development session and how it would prepare them for future leadership roles in the society.
Reports say that the Leadership Mentoring Programme was part of a series of activities lined up by the school for its graduation ceremony slated for this week.
Highlight of the events was a football match between staff and the graduating students, which ended with the staff defeating the students 8 goals to 3.
