The National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) members batch B, stream one (1) held their Passing Out Parade today, after completing the mandatory service period.
The Corp members were excited about their experiences and expressed hope of contributing their quotas on a larger scale as the opportunities present itself.
Speaking to Invicta FM news, a cross section of Corp members who received their NYSC discharge certificate at queen Amina College, venue for the outgoing corps members in Kaduna South, the one-year experience was worth the while.
Alleged discrimination was reported by some Corp members in their place of primary assignment by staffs and they hope this behavior will stop.
Despite the expectant jubilant mood some respondents complained about the said 13th month leave allowance that was promised but has not been paid.
For the outgone corps members, they want some of the unattended issues to be quickly sorted.
Efforts to speak to the NYSC Officials were futile as they told Invicta News that they were not permitted to speak to the press.
