Kaduna State hard nut to crack at National Youth Games – Commissioner Sports Development.

The Kaduna State Commissioner for Sports Development, Professor Kabir Mato says Kaduna state will be a hard nut to crack by other states at the forthcoming National Youth Games.
He was speaking during a press conference to give an update on the preparedness of the ministry as it concerns the games in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Mato said they are fully ready and will use the Ilorin games to prepare sporting stars who will be recognized globally.
He said the team who departed with about 225 athletes and officials will be participating in 27 sports which includes team
On the issue of incentive and motivation, the commissioner said the state has everything under control and will not relent on encouraging its athletes and sports persons.
The games will be held from the 10th to the 21st of October at the University of Ilorin sports complex after been cancelled in 2020, due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
