Kaduna State Government attracted over two point six billion dollars’ worth of investment in last six years – Hadiza Balarabe

Kaduna State Government has attracted over two point six billion dollars’ worth of investment over the last six years.

The State Deputy Governor, Dr Hadiza  Sabuwa Balarabe,stated during a welcome address at the opening ceremony of the Kaduna Investment,Kadinvest  Summit 6.0 with the theme: towards a sustainable knowledge based economy, held at the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua Multi-purpose hall, Kaduna .

Dr Hadiza Balarabe who is also the Chairman, Kaduna Investment Promotion Agency,KADIPA, Said the State is committed to the transformation of Kaduna State into a  private driven economy with vast opportunities and shared prosperity for all its citizens.

She called on all to respond positively to development in information communication technology and ensure that the change is translated into the desired development in the State.

Dr Hadiza Balarabe said The summit was part of efforts to make Kaduna State an investment hub.

The Deputy Governor expressed gratitude Vice President Osinbajo for honouring the invitation to grace the occasion as well as the Muhammadu Buhari administration’s commitment to promoting private investments and job creation amongst the citizens, especially the youthful population.
