Health workers say Breastfeeding best for infants for growth, development.

Health workers, Emmanuel Iheoma Ella, and Nurse Bunmi Abodunrin, says Breastfeeding is the best way to provide young infants with the essential nutrients required for growth and development.
They said this in an exclusive interview with Invicta FM, in commemoration of the breast feeding week, which holds annually from August 1 to August 7.
Nurse Iheoma further explained the benefits that nursing mothers enjoy while breastfeeding their new born stating how effective it helps them lose weight.
The Health Workers explained the impact breastfeeding may have on the appearance of the breasts, stating that it does not affect the size nor does it lead to sagging.
According to the World Health Organisation, WHO, breastfeeding is one of the most effective ways to ensure child health and survival.
