Calm returns to Sabon Tasha, Kaduna after fresh cases of Abductions.

Calm has returned to the road networks from Kachia Major road connecting Sabon Tasha, Refinery Junction-Yakowa Road, Command Junction leading to the Nnamdi Azikwe Western bye pass, blocked by angry youths in protest of the incessant killings and kidnapping were dispersed by soldiers at 1:30pm to open up the closed roads for movement.
Some of the protesters who spoke to Invicta FM had earlier noted that the action was triggered by Wednesday night kidnapped of not fewer than 14 people in Ungwan Gimbiya community and also an alleged notice dropped at Government Day Secondary School Sabon Tasha, for an impending kidnapped operation.
The protesters who blocked the road from around 8:30 am for over 5 hours holding placards defied pleas from Major D.O lgwilo, military patrol team for about two hours.
Residents of Unguwan Gimbiya, Juju and surrounding neighborhoods had reported that the Kidnap operation was characterized by sporadic gun shots by bandits who operated for several hours. The abductors were yet to establish any form of contact.
