Nigerians say leaders should be steps ahead in leadership roles.

Residents of Kaduna State have once again raised their reservations about matters of concern to them by tasking their representatives at all levels to be a step ahead.

They made this known during a callback session on Invicta FM political programme; Perspectives.

Some respondents noted that the Nigerian government must pay more attention to its people and proffer a lasting solution to end insurgency in the nation.

Also speaking on the current arrest of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Nnmadi Kanu, some respondents said that the government should channel the same energy towards bringing all insurgents to book.

They urged the Federal government to provide job opportunities and create an enabling environment for to its citizens.
