Kaduna Peace Commission (KAPECOM) in Collaboration with House of Kaduna Family, Holds Inter-Faith Prayer Session for God’s Intervention.

As part of ways and means towards bringing to an end the protracted insecurity in Nigeria, the Kaduna Peace Commission (KAPECOM) in collaboration with House of Kaduna Family, on Monday held an inter-faith prayer session for God’s intervention.

Speaking after the prayer session, Chairman of the Kaduna Peace Commission, Archbishop Josiah ldowu-Feron, said the holy books admonishes believers to pray for people in authority.

On his part, Co-Chairman, House of Kaduna Family, Sheikh Ahmed Abubakar Gumi, identified good governance as one of the factors to stem the recurrent insecurity on the bud.

Similarly, Co-Chairman, Apostle Emmanuel Kure advised government to be innovative in approach towards solving the protracted problem, rather than just resorting to the use of brute force alone.

Among those who offered the prayers included the lmam of Sultan Bello Mosque, Dr. Muhammad Suleiman Adam, Reverend Barnabas Dodo, Hajiya Fadila Musa, Mrs. Agatha Asabe Soje, among others.
